Anthony Gorry is a music and audio innovator with over 20 years of experience in the music and entertainment industry. He is the co-founder and CEO of Sonocea, a company that develops health and wellness technology based on science, which he co-invented with Dr Stephen Porges, a world-renowned behavioural neuroscientist. He is also a co-founder of AjoiA Ltd and Polyvagal Music LLC, companies that provides audio and music production services for various clients and projects. Anthony has a proven track record of creating, producing, and composing high-quality music, experiences and audio content for some of the most successful and influential artists, brands, and media outlets in the world, such as Moby, Gwen Stefani, No Doubt, Diplo, L'Oréal, Adidas, Red Bull, and LG. He has also worked with Grammy Award-winning producers and BAFTA award-winning production teams and has achieved chart-topping hits and worldwide recognition for his work. He is passionate about using music and audio as a tool for enhancing mental health, well-being, and social connection, and is constantly exploring new ways of applying his expertise and creativity to the field of music and wellness technology.
Andrew “Shovell” Lovell is a Psychotherapeutic counsellor, Sound therapist, Craniosacral Therapist, and Somatic Experience practitioner. He has been in private practice since 2010 and has been working with children and adolescents since 2020, as a Psychotherapeutic counsellor. Alongside his private practice, Andrew collaborates with the NHS to address complex issues like CPTSD, grief, addictions, domestic violence, depression, anxiety, and abuse. As of 1996, Andrew became a Patron for the Centre Point charity, focusing on young people experiencing homelessness, and also serves as an ambassador for the “A DJ Saved My Life” foundation. In 2008, he initiated “Universal Rhythm,” an organization that unleashes hidden potential through drum workshops in diverse settings, including homeless centers, youth programs, prisons, schools, corporate companies, and Buddhist groups. He also actively represented the “Kick It Out” independent charity campaign against racism and inequality at sporting events. Andrew is renowned for his role as the percussionist and member of the multi-platinum and award-winning band M People. He has also collaborated with artists like Sting, The Chemical Brothers, Soul II Soul, and Dame Evelyn Glennie. Furthermore, Andrew has a background as a TV and radio presenter for the BBC.
