  • Re-watch the Event: In the "backstage area" we'll also be uploading each session afterwards so you'll get access to all session recordings too!

  • Saturday Afterparty: There will also be opportunity on the Saturday evening to stay in the venue until 11pm, with a fully licensed bar, to allow you to get to know each other a little better!

Ticket Purchase Terms and Conditions

  1. General Admission
    Transferable: If you decide at any point that you can no longer attend, tickets are transferable, but the lead booker must notify us of the new person’s details at least 72 hours before the event.
    Non-Refundable: Unless otherwise stated, tickets are non-refundable. Refunds may be issued only in the event of cancellation or significant change to the event.

  2. Entry Requirements
    Identification: Attendees may be required to present valid identification that matches the name on the ticket for entry.

  3. Code of Conduct
    Behaviour: Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Disruptive behaviour may result in removal from the event without a refund.
    Prohibited Items: Certain items such as weapons and drugs are prohibited. Food and drink are fine. Check the event’s policy on what can be brought into the venue.

  4. Health and Safety
    Security Checks: Attendees may be subject to security checks upon entry.

  5. Event Changes
    Right to Change: The event organisers reserve the right to make changes to the event program, schedule, and speakers. Any significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders.
    Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, ticket holders will be notified and provided with information on refunds or rescheduling.

  6. Liability
    Personal Property: The venue and event organisers are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.
    Personal Injury: Attendees attend the event at their own risk. The organisers are not liable for any personal injury sustained during the event unless caused by their negligence.

  7. Event Insurance
    We strongly advise all ticket holders to consider purchasing event cancellation insurance. This type of cover can help protect you financially if you’re unable to attend due to illness, travel disruption, or other personal circumstances. As tickets are non-refundable, this gives you added peace of mind.

  8. Recording and Photography
    Permission: Recording or photographing the event on your personal devices is encouraged. Please tag us on social media.
    Usage Rights: By attending, you may be recorded or photographed. The organisers may use these recordings or photos for promotional purposes.
